what is your take on white postules, the acne that turns into large white bubbles on your face, i used to pop them but people say if you pop them bacteria spreads throughout your face and to not pop them but if I leave them, they turn green and full of puss and very unattractrative…
Do i just ignore them or do i need to treat them differently?

I suffer from forehead acne, I have no idea what’s causing it. I do have food allergies & eczema.
A couple of years ago, I took Agnus Castus because I have such intense PMS. Didn’t clear up my irregular periods, but it improved my moods so much & cleared up my skin too.
Do you think it might be beneficial for me to start up on Agnus Castus again? I’m worried about taking it because I’m scared it may cause irregular periods again.
But you’re so sweet. I can’t imagine you not being very social even with the acne.
